1. Data controller

iagendar.me ("we") is responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

2. Data we collect

From registered businesses: name, email, phone, business name, address, and account configuration data.

From clients booking an appointment: name, phone, email (optional), and appointment details (service, date, time, notes).

Technical data: IP address, browser type, and cookies needed for the service to function and stay secure.

3. How we use your data

To create and manage accounts, render booking pages, process and confirm appointments, send email and WhatsApp notifications, process subscription payments, and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Third-party processors

We use providers that process data on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Google (Cloud Run hosting, Maps, and AdSense ads on free accounts), Neon (database), and Meta/WhatsApp (notifications). Each processes data under its own policies.

On pages with ads (free accounts), Google and partners may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits. You can manage preferences in Google's ad settings.

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for session and security. Pages with ads use third-party advertising cookies as described above.

6. Retention

We retain data while the account is active and as needed to meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, write to hola@iagendar.me.
